Trip to the Region of Umbria

Every term I take my students for a one-day trip to Umbria to visit the MONINI company for an extra-virgin olive oil tasting session with the company's expert; to the CANTINA NOVELLI wine company to see the production and to experience a wine-tasting session of the company's award-winning wines under the authoritative guidance of the company's wine expert; and to the GRAZIA ceramic factory to meet the owner, Dr. Ubaldo Grazia, and see the production of ceramic products sold at US retail outlets such as Williams Sonoma and Neiman Marcus.  This trip has also been organized for faculty-led groups from Clarkson University.
